Retail should be able to affect the price of the stock when they buy and sell their stocks.
I've watched the shares I own in certain stocks be manipulated up and down for over a year with a ridiculous buy % across all brokers, upon good news and bad news. Stock prices shouldn't be so easily manipulated.
The manipulation is SO blatant that it has caused me and many to lose faith in our stock market.
I would like to say that I am encouraged by Genslers acknowledgement that most of retail is routed through unlit markets - it shows that the SEC is aware of the problem and these rule changes are an attempt to fix this disease... Thank you.
