As a citizen of the United States I am wholly in favor of this proposed rule. Our market is a fraudulent sham and that fact is finally becoming revealed/clearer to more and more people worldwide. The SEC, if it wishes to maintain any shred of integrity in the eyes of the majority of the people it purports to represent, must take drastic action, and soon. I strongly support the passing (and enforcement) of this prohibition.
