Witnessing the events of January '21 in regards to GameStop, I have lost faith in the US market system. I believe it is no longer a free market when large institutions halt trading on a security in one direction (being able to sell but not buy) to \"protect retail investors\" is not in the best interest for retail investors, as those market maker claim. As a Canadian I will no longer believe in or use the US securities market for any form of investment and I will advise others to do the same. That said, I hope the SEC can better regulate these large institutions, that had such a burning interest of deregulation, and reinstate the DoddFrank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, or something better. Without strict regulations and harsh penalties these institutions will continue to exploit their power over the market for their own gain and continue to destroy good companies for the sake of profit.

Best Regards,
