I take issue with the name of this proposal: \"Prohibition Against Fraud, Manipulation, or Deception in Connection with Security-Based Swaps\"
This would imply that there is currently no prohibition against fraud, manipulation, or deception already in place?

Noun:
wrongful or criminal deception intended to result in financial or personal gain.
It sure sounds like fraud is already illegal, and now, you are CONSIDERING, perhaps, maybe, prohibiting it? Are you joking? Do you wonder why people have no faith in the stock market?
Do your jobs and end the financial terrorist short sellers that are destroying our economy.
