I support this proposal to prohibit Fraud, Manipulation, and Deception in Connection with Security-Based
Swaps Prohibition against Undue Influence over Chief Compliance Officers and Position
Reporting of Large Security-Based Swap Positions.
I hope enforcement follows these proposals as well.
For too long the SEC has turned a blind eye to the corruption of wall street. Retail investors are now aware of the injustices and demand action by the SEC to protect the markets and all investors equally. Retail investors have lost unimaginable wealth to the tune of Billions Trillions of Dollars to the greed of a select few. The damage to American lives will never be repaired and will reverberate for decades to come but I feel optimistic that you, SEC, have finally decided to do your job and protect retail investors.
I plan to continue watching the SEC and markets with great interest. I hope this will not be the last proposal to clean up the blatant corruption.
