I support rules to protect retail investors. It's absolutely ridiculous that the people allowed to investigate wrongdoing are also the ones that are making money on breaking the rules. There is an absurd amount of corruption that is blatantly obvious. The Dark Pools and naked shorts are one piece and no one is getting fooled by the denials.
Without protection for retail investors the entire system WILL crash. If needed, sacrifice a few greedy hedge funds until whoever is left gets the message that the people are what matter. Without them, there will be NO system.
