The items listed in this document would greatly help a MAJORITY of citizens in the United States of America. Institutional investors are not the majority, they just control the majority of markets. America was founded because of the British tyranny. We're inching ever so closer to another form of tyranny, this time in America itself. I personally believe enacting and enforcing this will make it tougher for market manipulation and deception to occur. Thank you for putting together this proposal, it gives me hope that the train can switch tracks before it hits 350 million innocent people.
