Please look into and fix the blatant manipulation in our stock market. For longer than ive been alive the Designated market makers have been allowed to fail to deliver shares on a regular and profitable basis. The amount of volume that is routed by these market makers through the dark pools rather than in lit markets like NYSE means that price discovery is not happening in our markets. Supply and demand on specific stocks and securities is being faked by institutional traders. When a brokerage/clearinghouse (who is self regulated) is allowed to stop ONLY buying of specific securities to cover themselves from liquidation its clear there needs to be reform in the financial/securities sectors. Please put these financial terrorists in prison. \"If the punishment for the crime is a fine, then that crime only exists for the poor\"
