Retail investors deserve an equal playing field when it comes to investing. Looking at its history, the SEC has done very little to protect retail investors from scrupulous industry practices, however, S7-32-10 is exactly what is needed today to stop such practices.
This is a much needed win for the SEC to restore public trust and it is certainly a great step towards the right direction.
