Please stop the possibility to FTD.
FTD allows institutions to naked short a stock and makes the the US stockmarket unattractive to invest in (for me as retail).
That really cant be in your intrest to scare off the people. I will think more than twice before i invest money in American companies because of the plague whats going on with a lot of stocks right now.
As a summary: STOP the loophole with the FTDs and you will see that naked short selling will stop.
