I am 100% in support of this rule. I can't believe that this isn't already a thing honestly. I'm encouraged by the SEC doing what it can to implement new rules aimed at protecting the free market, a stable economy, and all investors.
I also believe that if a free-market is really to be free, then this kind of information should be visible and accessible to everyone
