I very much support this proposal, and hope it will come with some teeth to actually enforce it. The manipulation of retail markets for the profit of the large investments firms is an ongoing blatant crime. I am disappointed that it has gone on as long as it has with all of the evidence showing us the truth of the matter, but I am satisfied that at least something is being done now. Please persist in securing fair trade for retail.
