People have been losing faith in the US market because of the blatant manipulation that has been happening. SEC should be working to make sure that small retail investors are safe and protected from manipulation from big hedge funds etc.
Please.
1. Ban Dark pools.
2. Make and enforce rules against abusive naked shorting.
