As a retail investor I am deeply concerned with our current system. I have lost faith in the integrity of Wall Street and all the organizations involved. I am in full support of this proposed rule. Retail investors have been at a huge disadvantage with limited information. While there is still a lot of information that is hidden this is a great step forward to protecting individual investors who put their hard earned money into the casino that is Wall Street.
