I am in favor of this entire rule.
The proposed rule would make market abuse significantly more difficult, or at the very least much more visible.
Thank you for taking the time to write a comprehensive rule that protects the integrity of the Stock Market within the eyes of both foreign and domestic investors, be they individuals, corporations, or investment/banking entities.
Your hard work has not and will not go unappreciated. That includes you, person reading this comment
