To whom it may concern,
Hello, I am a retail investor. I have recently been made aware of many different internal problems with the stock market which are actively exploited by large external players. Although the legalese of this document makes it difficult to discern what action will be taken, I believe that it's long overdue that the SEC takes action against market manipulation. I support this proposed legislation and I pray that it will be one of many steps towards fair and free markets.
Please consider the approval of this proposed legislation. The investigation surrounding Security-Based Swaps could really protect the retail investor, such as myself.
