Thank you for formalizing what has been long suspected of predatory market makers and hedge funds. Please pass the proposed rule with haste.
I'm personally exhausted about worrying how my retirement funds children's college funds, etc are manipulated by predators in the market. I believe both domestic and international SWAP holdings should be publicized on a regular basis.
