I believe the current market structure is flawed and not a fair and free market. It is skewed in favor of big banks, hedge funds, and market makers who manipulate the markets in their favor at the expense of retail investors. Any proposal that brings fairness back to the markets and prevents bad actors from manipulating the market, I feel, would be beneficial for the American people. More money would come back into the markets if people didnt believe they were rigged.
