Dear SEC,
Please be serious about enforcement of your rules.
Please ban PFOF.
Please regulate dark pools, ATS, and OTC exchanges so that regular investors are not stolen from by large hedge funds and banks any longer.
Please stop allowing Kenneth C. Griffin to be both a market maker and a hedge fund. It makes zero sense and is an enormous conflict of interest.
Please ban naked short selling.
Please put an end to banks and hedge funds creating billions of counterfeit shares above and beyond the real outstanding float of a company.
Please stop allowing family offices to bypass rules and unfairly manipulate stocks.
Please begin arresting and prosecuting criminal market manipulators.
Please restore faith in the US markets by average people like myself.
Please do the right thing.
And please stop protecting the rich and powerful.
For once in your life, please ensure that market criminals see justice and never get to steal money from my pockets again.
