I fully support S7-32-10.
I believe the public and all retail traders should be on a level playing field with institutional traders.
Any records, swap informatiin, etc, should not be hidden from the public.
To add, I also believe all trading should be conducted through a lit exchange, and not through the so called \"dark pools\".
If the market does not change for the better, then the market will never be a free market, nor will it ever be a fair market.
