Anything g that is anti manipulation and fraud (seeing as both are illegal) is a good thing for the average American. Transparency is the key to a true fair and free market. If somebody wants to hide something it's not because they are following the rules. The tiny fines incurred for breaking the laws are clearly not a deterrent.
