This seems to help in creating more transparency in the markets, which I believe is needed. As a retail investor, this would help open up more doors, and allow for a better market for all investors. Too often retail investors are left in the dark, while large institutions gain information that allows them to prosper, in comparison. This is another step in the right direction for a more equal standing of all investors, no matter if they are retail, or institutional.
