I'm involved in various different stocks, my number one concern with almost every one of them is the unfair balance of dark pool activity. I understand that when a lump sum of the float is obtained by institutions to be indexed, you wouldn't want one purchase of million + shares to show on the REAL market. But let's take last week, Gary said between 90 and 95 percent of market activity was taking place on the dark pool. That's not right. We both know it. There should be a written proposal for institutions to use the dark pool. \"this is what we want, this is when we want it, this is why we feel it should take place within the dark pool\". Enough of trusting these market makers, hedgefunds, and other financial institutions to do the right thing I wouldn't be writing this if I didn't have concerns, nor would you be in the position to type up proposed regulation over and over. I think it's important to have enforcement on both sides. Retail and institutional, and review before execution of certain types of orders on off market exchanges to make sure there isn't any I'll intent behind it all.
