Dear SEC, I am writing today to voice my support for a more fair and transparent market. Clear, consistent reporting of Security based Swaps is consistent with an ideal fair and transparent market structure and I am strongly in favor of rule S7-32-10. Furthermore, I would like to take this opportunity to voice my support for furthering this transparency by removing the lower threshold to prevent any/all entities from utilizing shell corporations to divide their holdings to maintain multiple positions below the threshold level.
