I say yes to all rules that will hopefully prevent fraud, manipulation, and deception. I am a somewhat new investor but I am already disgusted by everything that has been allowed to happen for decades. I hope you will do your jobs with integrity so you can gain a measure of trust back from investors who are aware of how complicit SEC is to white collar crime.
At first opportunity I will take my investments off NYSE and onto a safer exchange because it is completely rigged against everyday people.
