I am strongly in favor of implementation of S7-32-10.
As an active retail investor, I feel that the market playing field is not level. Organizations have found workarounds to transparent reporting using exotic financial derivatives that disguise the true risk and hide their interests.
I applaud the SECs initiatives in making something that is currently opaque visible and restoring faith in the market.
