As a retail investor, I believe disclosure of positions is the least that could be done to protect me from manipulation in the swaps market and the effects it has on my ability to make sound investment decisions. It is only somewhat shocking that fraud, manipulation, and willful deception in the swaps market are not already prohibited. I implore you to please not only prohibit these practices, but to take action against bad actors that routinely engage in said practices.
