This would prohibit manipulation of security based swaps and coercion of CCO's? Was it not prohibited already?
Seems like a good proposal to me... wait...
there were votes against this proposal?... Votes against securities manipulation from members of the SEC? Yikes.
Anyway, I support the proposal.
