As an individual investor based in Europe, I am not afraid to say that I'm appalled at the current state of US market. How can a market maker be a hedge fund? Why are dark pools used for retail orders? Why is naked shorting Ignored? PFOF..a disgrace. The market is corrupt and rigged, we know this. The WORLD knows it. Outside investment is dropping, and it is corruption that is to blame. Any changes that mitigate the tilting of the table to a certain few unscrupulous types, are welcomed. I full condone the SECs suggestions to amend this clearly broken system. Best, A concerned investor
