Hello, As an individual investor who has followed the market and watched its trends I must say I am really glad to see some action finally being taken to ensure fair and proper pricing. Dark pools, off-exchange trades, payment-for-order flow and high frequency trading all seem to favor the whales of Wall Street at the expense of Main Street. I am glad to see some promising new rules proposed that would limit the influence of market makers like Citadel that take advantage of order flow and profit directly from it.
