Hello, I am a big supporter of this potential rule change . PFOF has been banned in other countries because it is not a fair system and this is evident in the power that Citadel has gained by being in a prime position to execute those orders. I believe that a public auction is a better way to go to allow new orders better competition . Additionally it is important to eliminate the use of alternative trading tools unless they are consolidated with data and being more transparency to the market .
