To whom it may concern, Every rule the SEC passes is only as good as the enforcement to back it. Higher fines may cause as a better deterrent to these crimes. I fully support the rule and would like to see it implemented immediately. We have a chance to do the right thing, make yourself part of the change and betterment of society.
