Good Evening, The subsequent comments in support of the new Order Competition Rule. This new rule will be an excellent step for ensuring fair and competitive pricing on retail and household orders. Paired with additional transparency in order filling, competitive pricing will incentivize fulfillment in purchases due to business continuity and improve pricing for investors. To ensure rules are followed penalties should include loss of license or suspension for broker-dealers in violation and penalties in amounts exceeding revenue incurred from acts in violation. Additionally, countries including the UK have previously banned Payment for Order Flow structure due to mistreatment and conflicts of interest associated with these practices.
