I believe these rules would improve the market. I would like to see higher fines that would have people second guessing breaking the rule a slap on the wrist just isn’t enough maybe put the brokers license on the line. I fully support this rule and hope to see it soon. The current market just poses as unfair to retail thanks Sent from my iPhone
