So this is the free market? We let these Bernie Madoffs ruin our economy and country with their bad bets. You're regulators, you have a duty to protect the people from these rich parasites. These rules are a step in the right direction, but you absolutely need more. These bad faith players need to be removed from the equation after so many transgressions. You're on the right track trying to bust up monopolies, these rules needed to be in place years ago. Competition is good. Fraud is bad. And we're ALL paying for their bad bets. Remove them, arrest them, Hang them, They're criminals who have ruined our economy, ruined our faith in the system, ruined our advancements from the businesses they've shorted out of existence. They have obviously have too much control of the "free market". You have to fight hard for the people who have no idea why they can't afford anything anymore. You have to rein in these monsters, and make sure that NO ONE replaces them with rules like these.
