I fully support this rule and think it should be implemented as soon as possible. Also, I believe the punishments for breaking this rule should be severe. If a rule is barely enforced or the fine less than the profit it will just be a cost of doing business. I would like the rules to actually deter these actions. The market should be fair and competitive for everyone involved. Thank you for reading my comment and please consider this to be very important. I know I do.
