Hello, I am emailing in support of the proposed rule. As a household investor I believe that the market is rife with exploitation. PFOF is a prime conflict of interest concern and any official means of limiting its problematic influence ought to be made a priority. Arguments that PFOF provides any long term benefit to consumers are likely made by those with such conflicts of interest in the first place. Financial crimes seem to be considered as an inevitable presence in today's modern economies. Regulators should work to stamp out such corruption and collusion, rather than simply doling out toothless fines as a 'cost of doing business'.
