To whom it may concern, I'm writing this email to express my support of the order competition rule. The current state of our markets is absolutely disgraceful. It's completely unfair for trades not to take place on the lit market and for organizations like Citadel to control order flow. Dark pool markets only serve the wealthiest and most powerful market participants. We need fairer markets for all so that everyday investors regain faith in the financial markets. Please pass this rule as soon as humanly possible. Thank you, Michael
