I am a retail investor with TD Ameritrade. I have found that order routing decisions don't seem to be motivated by competition despite what they state on their website, and they pay to get the first look at orders, routing them to firms that net themselves billions of dollars in the process. I fully support the rule, please implement it as soon as possible. Thanks for any efforts to reduce the speed games that damage the integrity, credibility, and functioning of American markets. Competition is good for our country. Elliot
