Hello, I am writing to affirm my support of this proposed ruling. Market orders should absolutely be sent to public auction before being internalized by major market makers. The US markets are supposed to be free and fair. Which are ideals that have clearly fallen out of focus. Currently, retail investors whose orders are not subject to PFOF get a better price than those that do. This goes against violating FINRA's Best Execution guidance.The Commission should ensure fair competition by reducing monopolistic behaviour and removing profiteering middlemen from the market. This ruling is a step towards improving the tarnished integrity of the markets. I sincerely hope this rule is passed, thank you for receiving my comment, Riley Hume
