To Whom It May Concern, It is with incredible optimism that I'm reaching out to comment on the Order Completion Rule. It is my opinion that a wholesaler having the abliity to route orders in a manner favorable to themselves (internalizing trades) is wholely antithetical to the idea of an open and free market - not to mention the affect it has on price discovery. These trading practices have granted a profound information advantage against individual investers, such as myself, as well as many other market participants. I deeply support and appreciate any and all efforts taken to reduce these advantages -- especially action(s) taken to expose the orders of household investors and other market paraticipants that are being routed through Dark Pools. As I see it, anyone who would oppose such a rule change is either directly or indirectly benifit from the rules as they stand and as they are enforced today. I look forward to seeing these changes implemented and how they will impact the market we all are supposed to be fiarly opperating under. Best regards, Tucker Martin
