Ms. Countryman, As an individual investor, I support the Commission’s proposal for Order Competition Rule (OCR). The current state of our markets are worrying as we have enabled a system for some financial institutions to form monopolies. Competition and fairness has long been absent from our markets and this proposal is a step at rectifying the lack of transparency, competition, and fairness. Not only is this proposal necessary for the before mentioned items but it is imperative for us to implement this rule so we can embody the image of what we state our country and its markets to be. I appreciate the opportunity to share my thoughts on this proposal and I hope to see it succeed.
