Hello, As a retail investor, I am writing to express my support for the Order Competition Rule. New orders should be available to ALL market participants so that investors receive a true, fair, and honest price. Payment for Order Flow compromises price discovery, and should be outlawed. Without rules like this one, investors remain in the dark while market makers are incentivized to pursue their own ends rather than provide a fiduciary service to investors.
