I fully support the above rule and wish for it to be implemented as soon as possible. In addition, I would like to see further enforcement than just fines. Fines have become a cost of doing business for these corporations; instead, they should face losing their license. In today's world, there is no reason for the markets to operate as they do. We have the technology to make the market for consumers: low cost, instant transactions that go directly to the market instead of being filtered through corporations that make their money by trading at fractions of a penny and gaming orders by front run the order with their own trading algorithm order. Please continue your efforts to make the market fair to all to compete on. As a household investor, I deeply appreciate everything you have done so far and continue to do. I understand the process hasn't been easy from your end and appreciate all your hard work.
