Hello SEC As a retail investor, I am very proud of the hard work the SEC has proposed to route retail orders through auction and provide parity on lit vs dark exchanges. Seeing such a high % of orders routed each day on stocks with high retail interest in to off exchange markets sews seeds of distrust of our market system and not having transparency on whether or not I am getting best execution pricing for my trades, and how my trades result in accurate price finding for companies I want to invest in. I hope to see this rule passed and a new golden age of market participation and transparency. Thank you, George Harris
