Dear SEC,
I am writing to you today to express my support for the Order Competition Rule (S7-31-22). I believe that this rule will help to protect retail investors from unfair treatment and will promote better execution of their orders.
I am a retail investor who has been investing in the stock market for many years. I have seen firsthand how the current system is rigged against retail investors. Institutional investors have access to information and resources that retail investors do not. This gives them an unfair advantage when it comes to trading.
The Order Competition Rule will help to level the playing field by requiring all entities to disclose information about their order routing practices. This will allow retail investors to make more informed decisions about where to place their orders.
The rule will also require entities to provide retail investors with access to certain types of order execution information. This will allow retail investors to see how their orders are being executed and to compare the performance of different entities.
I urge you to finalize the Order Competition Rule and to implement it as soon as possible. This rule will help to protect retail investors and will promote better execution of their orders.
Thank you for your time.
Sincerely,
Nicholas Tullio
