I approve this rule and it should be implemented. I believe that there should be more competition for orders and orders should first go to auction on lit markets. There should be more transparency in dark markets. Internalizing 80-90% of orders should not be allowed. There is no price discovery when most orders are internalized. Market makers should not have hedge funds because that is an inherent conflict of interest. Payment for order flow is also terrible for markets because it gives certain market participants an Advantage which is unfair. Most investors wouldn’t mind paying for transaction fees. Please continue making the markets more fair and transparent. Thank you. Sent from my iPhone
