March 26, 2023 I want congratulate the Commission on their efforts with this proposal, but I believe that a simple Trade-At rule will be more effective at accomplishing your stated aims than the mandated retail auction mechanism specified in the OCR Proposal. I would be grateful if you would give consideration to incorporating this suggestion rather than using a retail auction method. Yours sincerely, Lewis Schofield
