March 26, 2023 Dear SEC, I strongly support the proposal (S7-31-22) and believe a simple Trade-At-Rule would improve upon the goals set forth in the proposal. I am a household/individual investor and I believe greater Transparency, Simplicity, and Accountability are very much needed for our markets today. I believe regulation should create a fair, level and transparent playing field where open competition for order flow determines winners and losers based on markets. I support this proposal (S7-31-22) because it increases competition, reduces intermediation, and improves market quality. I believe a simple Trade-At-Rule would even strengthen this proposal.
