Greetings, I'm writing to comment on the Order Completion Rule, File S7-31-22, and to express my opposition to the corrupt and long-abused practices of payment for order flow, mass off-exchange trading, and frequent failures to deliver with little-to-no consequence. It's time to end it, to stop changing the rules in favor of those who will continue to abuse them and instead craft rules to protect of the investors--the individual investors. Specifically, I endorse changes recommended by Dave Lauer and "We the Investors", which you can find in his comment letter. I strongly urge you to form these rules for the good of US citizens. Know that I (and many others) will exert every power available to us politically and in the public awareness to ensure that you do so, and to shed light on any corruption or mismanagement of regulation that can be found.
